We recognise and appreciate the importance of keeping staff healthy and productive. This is why we have developed our Corporate Dental Program and have partnered with numerous organisations to provide their staff with a $100 gift card which can be redeemed for any dental treatment at our practice.
If your company is not part of our Corporate Dental Program but you would like to be, please send us an enquiry with your company information and relevant Human Resource or Employee Benefit contact person details.
Terms and Conditions:
- Patient must mention the corporate dental program when booking their appointment.
- Patient must present the gift card at the practice.
- One gift card per person every 12 months (based on their last visit not the calendar year).
- Gift card is only valid to employees and families of the partnered companies.
- Gift card cannot be used with any other offer.
- Patient is responsible for any outstanding payment at the time of the appointment.
